Okay, so I started at Gold’s Gym on October 13, 2009. I have stuck to the schedule of 2 days per week hitting the weights and 3 to 5 days per week on cardio. It’s been pretty easy (if I can use that word) so far. The most difficult part is just Showing Up! I thought you might want a quick update.
