1. The <%@ Page Language="C#" CodeBehind="index.aspx.cs" %> doesn't work

   To correct replace "CodeBehind" with "Src"
         

2. The "Web.config" file must be named "web.config" … all lower case

Then it isn't as bad as you might think.  From "grendel" on irc.gnome.org, this error is a bug in the startup routine for the mono dashboard functions.  This causes a finite leak in the mod_mono code that basically fires off extra code that can be identified and corrected (at each startup) with the tools ipcs and ipcrm.

Grendel said he is working on it and should expect it to be fixed in the 2.6 release scheduled for June 2009.  To quote him directly, "It's an annoying error" but it isn't that bad.  It is safe to run the code, even in production.
