Working Out: 1 Month

On Friday I had my measurements taken again to compare my workout sessions from day one to then.  In one month I have made some progress, not as much as I’d love to have but still not bad.

Here you go:

  • Waist = Lost 1″
  • Love Handles = Lost 3/4″
  • Chest = Gained 1/2″
  • Arms (Biceps) = Gained 1/4″
  • Thighs = Gained 3/4″
  • Calves = No Change

Body fat index was at 21% (after a couple of retests) and I have gained 4 pounds (pretty much all muscle) so that’s good.  I’m going to turn up the volume now and see what I do for November/December.  Only 2 months left to my goal.
